We have improved the Proquote system by adding a number of new features and enhancements.

What are the Enhancements?

	Multiple Trade Tickers There are now multiple trade tickers available - each with their own configuration (including filtering of trade types).
	Improved Trader Window A new trader window is now available. This improves the general readability of the screen while providing extra functionality, such as being able to add notes directly to a POBS order or RSP deal without having to enter a second dialog. To select an RSP just click on the RSP name, to select a SETS deal (if enabled) click on either buy or sell on the yellow strip. The window will then open up to display the fields where you can enter the quantity etc. The deal button is highlighted (blue for buy, red for sell) in the bottom right hand corner of the window. In addition the deal confirmation screen (displayed after an RSP deal) has been made more readable. This also gives users the option of updating the reference and notes associated with this RSP deal.
	Added support for merging VIRT-X trades with LSE trades This release includes technology to allow the merging of trades reported via VIRT-X with those reported on the LSE system. This effect can be seen in the following areas: Stock Finder VWAP Calculator Trade History Display Historic Charts (volumes) By default if the user has the required permission then Virt-X trades will be merged, however the user can disable this via the ‘System Preferences’ editor. This feature will be rolled out in due course and is not available from launch day. In order to access information sourced from Virt-X a user license fee is payable.
	Fund Management This version of Proquote includes fund information from more than one source. Fund data provided by MoneyMate is displayed in a web based interface allowing the user to search and view fund information. Information on fund managers is sourced from CityWire as a part of the LSE Level 1 Plus service, and as such is only available to users with Level 1 plus permissions. This is also displayed via a web interface into a browser.
	OFEX Instruments For those users who require access to OFEX data this has now been included into this release of Proquote. Data provided is both Level 1 and level 2 data (competing quotes). Both sets of data require permissions to be enabled and will incur an additional license fee.
	Corporate Actions This version includes the underlying technology required to display Corporate Actions information - displayed using a web interface. The corporate actions information includes the following information: Stock Splits/Merges Name Changes Cash Dividends This will be rolled out after the launch of the latest application.
	New arrows throughout system A new arrow has been designed - this replaces the previous arrow which was more of a triangle than a proper arrow. In the previous version if the value had not changed then a green diamond shape was displayed, in this version nothing is displayed to indicate ‘no movement’. 	Trade History Start and End Times The Start and End times for the display of trade history are now fully selectable rather than being at 15 minute intervals.
	Trade Ticker shows Trade Qualifiers The Trade Ticker window now shows trade qualifiers in both vertical and horizontal formats. In the previous version this information was only displayed in the vertical format.
	Ability to copy a desktop It is now possible from the "Start" dialog to copy an existing desktop.
	Improvements to the Trader Log Display Tooltips - A ‘tooltip’ is now displayed when a user hovers their mouse over a row that has notes associated with it (either POBS or RSP). The text of the ‘tooltip’ is the notes from the RSP transaction or POBS order. Changing display proportions - The previous version required the use of a menu dialog to select the display proportions allocated to the RSP/POBS/UMO sections. This has been replaced with visual ‘bars’. By placing the mouse over the bar (the cursor shape will change), holding a mouse button, and sliding the bar up/down the page the various proportions allocated to each section can be set visually.
	Extra values in Stock Finder Level-1 Plus Level-1 plus information has been extended to include a table of historic information covering 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 3 years and 5 years. Values displayed are: Total return on the shares over this period Total return on shares with dividends re-invested over this period Stock Alpha value over this period Stock Beta value over this period Average daily volume over this period Total volume over this period Citywire Brainstrust information
	Changes for Sun JVM V1.5 In order to allow the system to work using the latest release from Sun (V1.5) changes were required to the handling of 'always on top' windows/dialogs. This should have no impact on the users, apart from the 'always on top' action should now work for both Microsoft and Sun (JVM V1.5 and above).
	Changes to Trade Report Editor The option to ‘Report trade to LSE’ displayed when adding a manual execution to a user managed order now defaults to being un-ticked. It will also remember what the previous state was and then default to that next time.
	New version of Applet Loader There is a new version of the applet loader which resolves issues with downloading latest version of Proquote. Microsoft Java users should ensure they can download and install an Active X cab file. If you are unsure, you should contact your System Administrator.
